STOP & Acknowledge
I watch and I listen, but am I retaining what I witness? Every day is a lesson and although we might not understand what that lesson is, subconsciously it all makes sense. What we see as that familiar red sign is registered as a bright red geometric symbol. The word STOP within those lines is a subtle way to simplify something more complex. Our mind is not as simple as combining a word with a color that we now associate each other with. Separating the two is how we recognize what is conditioned and what is acknowledgment.
